రాష్ట్ర రోడ్డు రవాణా సంస్థను లాభాల బాటలోకి తీసుకురావడమే ప్రభుత్వ లక్ష్యమని, కారి్మకులకు బోనస్‌ ఇచ్చే స్థాయికి తీసుకొచ్చేందుకే ఈ చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి కె. చంద్రశేఖర్‌రావు స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఆర్టీసీని పూర్తిస్థాయిలో ప్రైవేటీకరించాలన్న ఆలోచన ప్రభుత్వానికి లేదని, ఆర్టీసీ సంస్థ ఉండి తీరాల్సిందేనన్నారు. ప్రజలకు ఎట్టిపరిస్థితుల్లోనూ అసౌకర్యం కలగకుండా చూసుకోవడమే ప్రభుత్వ ధ్యేయమన్నారు. అందుకు అనుగుణంగా ఆర్టీసీని పటిష్టం చేసేందుకు అనేక చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నట్లు సీఎం కేసీఆర్‌ తెలిపారు. ఆరీ్టసీని పూర్తిగా ప్రైవేటీకరించడం వివేకవంతమైన చర్య కాదని ఆయన అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు.
